Wondering if I need cash for taxis in Singapore or if I can just pay with card or app like in other countries?

Grab, Gojek, ComfortDelGro app, all work great.

Taxis in Singapore are super modern. I paid with Revolut and Wise cards no problem. Even contactless worked. That said, one time the machine had no signal, so maybe carry S$20-30 cash just in case something fails.

i used the Grab app the whole time. never paid cash.

You can totally pay by card in most taxis in Singapore. I used Visa and Mastercard with no issues. They also accept mobile apps like GrabPay and sometimes even Apple Pay. I barely used cash the whole trip.
