Ive tried several banks, and every time my card is declined. Its a Revolut card with enough balance. Is this a known issue in Indonesia?

HSBC worked well with Wise. No extra cost and my card was returned without delay.

BRI ATMs frequently show errors and dont always work properly. Frustrating.
