[Solved] Which are the best ATMs in Portugal for foreigners - free & high limits?

Only found MONTEPIO ATMs in big cities, not in rural areas. But great news-never got charged any fees with my Belgian Mastercard.

No fee for my Dutch card at Ziraat Bank. Solid option in Turkey.
