Used my Irish debit card often at Millennium BCP while traveling last year-never paid a fee.
Millennium BCP never charged us fees when using our UK cards. Great option!
ATM screen at EUROBIC was impossible to read in the sunlight. Couldnt use it.
Used my Spanish card at EUROBIC, no ATM fee at all. Smooth transaction.
At EUROBIC, I couldnt change the language but managed with Google Translate. Good news-no fees for Revolut!
Banco CTT ATMs are mostly found in cities, not much outside urban areas.
Used my Australian card at Activo Bank-ATM was fast and didnt charge any fees.
Used MONTEPIO twice and both times the ATM was broken. Frustrating!
Only found MONTEPIO ATMs in big cities, not in rural areas. But great news-never got charged any fees with my Belgian Mastercard.
