Tried 3 different banks in Albania and my Revolut card kept getting declined. Is this a Revolut issue or a Albania thing? Worked fine in Thailand last week.
Odd, never had any problem with my revolut card. Check your App settings if everything is ok..?
It’s not just you. Some Albanian banks block or just don’t process certain foreign fintech cards like Revolut. I’ve seen it happen at Credins and Tirana Bank
yo same here, Revolut got rejected at like 2 ATMs in Saranda. no idea why, had funds and everything active. used my N26 card instead and it worked fine. Albania might have stricter ATM settings?
I had the exact same issue last month. Revolut worked perfectly in Greece and Montenegro, but in Tirana, it kept getting declined at several ATMs,especially BKT and OTP. Wise card worked fine..
