Skipped withdrawing from Intesa ATM in Serbia because the fee was too high.

Kotak Bank ATM was very small - tough access for wheelchair users. Charged _200 for a _10,000 withdrawal. A/C and functionality were hit or miss.

BBVA charged me even after I canceled the transaction. Avoid if possible.

Danske Bank ATM was in a convenient spot. Good accessibility.

ATM fees in Albania are still a rip-off, but Union Bank is definitely the cheapest option I found for foreign cards.

No withdrawal fee at Kent Bank-great experience!
