[Solved] Best ATMs in Philippines for foreign card holders? Any recos - ATM fees, limits?

Metrobank was quick and hassle-free. No issues at all.

Used my German Volksbank card at China Bank. Paid fees, got cash.

Clean ATM at China Bank, but screen brightness made it hard to see clearly.

Screen on China Bank ATM was difficult to read-maybe too dim?

Union Bank ATM was closed when I tried to use it. Bad timing I guess.

Union Banks deposit machine wasnt working when I visited.

Fast and hassle-free transaction at Union Bank. In and out.

Decent ATM-Security Bank worked fine. Giving it 4 stars.
