[Solved] Best ATMs in Philippines for foreign card holders? Any recos - ATM fees, limits?

Decent ATM-Security Bank worked fine. Giving it 4 stars.

Used my home debit card at Security Bank. Nothing special but it worked.

Security Bank ATM keyboard was hard to press-felt worn out.

Most ATMs in the Philippines charge 250 PHP per withdrawal and limit to 10,000 pesos. Land Bank was the same.

Quick and easy-Land Bank ATM was fast.

Land Bank ATM worked well for me during the day-smooth transaction.

HSBC has very few ATMs left around the Philippines. No fees, but plan in advance as theyre mostly in big cities.

Used HSBC ATM in the Philippines-no fees at all. Really appreciated that!

Typical ATM at PBCOM-nothing to complain or rave about.
