BCA ATM in Indonesia charged a 5% commission for Visa card withdrawal. Watch out for hidden fees.

Revisited Bank Mandiri - still no fee, and 2.5 million IDR limit. One of the better ATMs Ive used in Indonesia.

BRI ATM in Indonesia had a limit of only 1,000,000 IDR, not 2.5 million as displayed. Plan accordingly.

CIMB ATM in Indonesia charged 6.5% or 75K IDR on a 3 million IDR withdrawal. Not a zero-fee ATM.

CIMB in Indonesia is a total ripoff - they charged over 7% for both cash advance and euro withdrawal.

Bank Mandiri has a 24-hour ATM. Totally independent and always open.
