[Solved] ATM swallowed my card in Vietnam

Shinhan Bank had excellent customer support when I had a transaction issue. Quick and polite.

TP Bank ATM near the city center was super easy to use, had English instructions, and worked without issues.

Had issues with VIB not accepting my foreign card at first. A local advised trying another machine-it finally worked. Frustrating but resolved.

VIB ATM once retained my card, but their customer support was quick and helpful in getting it back. A good reminder to stay cautious!

VIB ATMs were reliable throughout my Vietnam stay. They accepted many international cards and worked consistently.
