Travelling soon and looking for best ATMs in Brazil that work well with foreign debit/credit cards and dont charge crazy fees. Any recos will be highly appreciated.
Santander, Branco 24hr, Bradesco are all fine - sadly always a fee but the ATMs are clean and good Interface. Banco BV and BTG never worked with my card"! 🤨
Withdraw the full amount of 2500R$ with a fee of 20r$ on Bradesco using my Indian debit card. ATM was fine
I had smooth withdrawals at Santander Brazil and Bradesco branches. Good limits until R$2000, fees R$20-25 each.My friend was able to use the Itau ATM with his card, only a fee of 12. But not every card works there
Santander ATMs worked best for me in São Paulo and Rio. They let me withdraw up to R$2,000 per transaction (some say R$2,500 is possible) and charged around R$20 per withdrawal. Banco BV doesnt support foreign debit card !! Tried multiple times...
Banco24hrs ATM only allows up to R$1000 per withdrawal. Worked fine with my Visa credit card. Fee was R$24.
Used my Mastercard at Santander in Brazil - worked fine. The fee displayed was R$20, but wasnt charged in my case.
No fee charged by Santander using my Mastercard. Safe, clean, and machine worked smoothly.
ITAu ATM did not work with my English Mastercard. Also showed a fee of R$12. Didnt proceed with transaction.
