Most travelers I spoke to put their Grenada budget close to $50 daily, covering moderate meals, transport, and some tours to the rainforest or waterfalls. Hostels in St. George’s are generally economical, helping stretch travel funds.

Grenada’s daily expenses average $45 for most travelers wanting a comfortable experience. I found taxis around Maurice Bishop International Airport convenient but priced slightly higher at $15 for short rides. Hotels range widely, so consider location carefully.

If you’re watching your budget, about $35 a day is typical on Grenada for food, taxis, and local attractions. Street food near the Spice Market is tasty and affordable. Taxi fares usually range between EC$10-15 per trip within town.

Grenada visitors often budget around EC$100 (approx. $40) daily, enough to cover meals in St. George’s, frequent taxi trips, and entrances to beaches or botanical gardens. I stayed near Grand Anse Beach, which balanced convenience with reasonable lodging costs.
