ATM fees in Saint Kitts & Nevis aren’t the lowest. My HSBC debit was charged XCD 10 at CIBC for a XCD 800 withdrawal. Some machines also dispensed only large notes, which were hard to use at small vendors. Withdrawal limits were modest at XCD 800-1,000. My advice: use Republic Bank or Scotiabank for better consistency, and avoid making multiple small withdrawals to keep fees down. USD is also widely accepted, so carry some as backup in case ATMs are down.

I had a good experience in Saint Kitts. My Monzo Mastercard worked at Scotiabank ATMs near the port, where I withdrew XCD 1,000 with an XCD 8 fee. Republic Bank also accepted my Revolut Visa without any issues. Most hotels and restaurants accepted cards, but I found cash useful for beach bars, taxis, and small shops. I withdrew twice during my stay, enough to last. Overall, ATMs in Saint Kitts & Nevis were reliable, safe, and convenient for foreign travelers.

In Saint Kitts & Nevis, the most reliable ATMs are from Republic Bank, Scotiabank, and FirstCaribbean (CIBC). I used my Wise Visa at Republic Bank in Basseterre, with a withdrawal limit of XCD 1,000 (~$370 USD) and a fee of XCD 8. Scotiabank ATMs worked with my Revolut Mastercard, offering similar limits. CIBC accepted my Monzo Visa but charged slightly higher fees of XCD 10. ATMs are mostly in Basseterre and Charlestown, so withdraw before heading into smaller villages.

Most ATMs here have a daily withdrawal limit, usually between EC$1,000 and EC$1,500.
