just don’t use those blue n yellow euronet machines u see in tourist areas. bad rates n high fees. stick to real banks like ING or bunq, they worked smooth with my card.

took out cash at ABN AMRO near Rotterdam Centraal with my Chase card. Fee was around €4.50. They let me take out over 1K in one go. Showed the fees upfront.

Used Revolut and Wise cards at Rabobank ATMs in Utrecht. Worked fine, no surprise charges. DO NOT USE EURONET

ING and ABN AMRO were the most reliable for me in Amsterdam. I used my N26 card and didn’t get any extra fees from the ATM side. Just make sure to decline conversion when it asks

Been in Amsterdam for a week. Used ING ATMs frequently-no fees with my Italian card. Easy and reliable.

Used my UnionPay card at ING. ATM didnt show any fees on screen, but charged me anyway. Take the receipt to double-check!
