EBS ATM was on a busy street in Ireland-no wait, and no extra fee with UK card.

KBC Bank ATM in Ireland worked fine. No complaints.

Withdrew money at KBC Bank in Ireland using my German Volksbank card. No fees-excellent.

Could easily withdraw cash at Nationwide ATM in Ireland. No hassle at all.
