Great ATM-Caja Piura had lower fees than others nearby.

Aeon Thana ATMs generally charge less than others. Worth finding.

Akbank charged me close to 10% in fees. Avoid if possible.

Santander ATM had easy access. Quick withdrawal.

BCEL ATM charged a 30,000 kip fee for withdrawals. Pretty standard across Laos.
