Declined currency conversion at Novo Banco but still got charged €4.50. Location was okay but not transparent.

I&M Bank in Kenya offered currency conversion at the ATM-definitely go with Decline Conversion to avoid those extra charges.

Nice and functional CRDB ATM. Good for tourists needing quick cash.

PPC Bank in Cambodia allowed me to withdraw up to $500 with my foreign debit card from Germany.

Was able to use my foreign debit card at Absa ATM without any trouble.
