ATM outside the Allianz branch in Bulgaria accepts Visa, Mastercard, V Pay, and Maestro. Works well and charges no fees. So defo no Amex

None of the bank ATMs in Ireland charge any extra fees. Bank of Ireland and AIB ATM were both accessible 24/7. Very convenient.

Worst experience - OTP/ALPHA took money off my card but didnt give me any cash. Just gone. Avoid this ATM!
