Falabella ATM now charges 18 soles for Visa card usage. Worked fine otherwise.

Used the Hipotecario ATM in El Salvador near the main square. Spot was clean and safe - accepted both Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Not amex

€4 fee at Deutsche Bank ATM even though it claimed to be free-misleading!

Ridiculous fee of 169 CZK at CESKA, even with a Revolut card! Avoid this ATM if you can.

Not many CDM ATMs in Morocco, but they have some of the lowest fees after Al Barid. Worth using if you spot one.
