At HSBC in the Philippines, Ive never had to pay an ATM fee - super reliable.

Banco de la Nacion ATMs are everywhere in Peru-but expect long lines, especially in Cusco.

Krungsri ATM charged me but didnt dispense money! Watch out.

Only found MONTEPIO ATMs in big cities, not in rural areas. But great news-never got charged any fees with my Belgian Mastercard.

ATM screen was a bit broken but it worked fine at Banco de Chile.

Avoid BFL if you can. Charged 40,000 LAK and gave a poor exchange rate.
