Used a Seven Bank ATM inside a 7-Eleven at the airport. Super convenient right after landing!

BRED Bank charges a $4 flat fee - the best I found. Even locals recommended it for international cards.

Heads up-BCC Roma ATM is not available 24/7. Was locked late at night.
