Shinhan Bank ATM in Vietnam was super user-friendly. Way better than TP Bank, which was confusing for a first-timer.

No queue at Peoples Bank ATM. Machine was old but worked fine.

BAC ATMs are secure and let you withdraw up to 3000Q with a foreign card. Expect a 40Q fee.
