Used a BAC ATM in Guatemala. Just hit Decline Conversion to avoid getting charged extra for currency exchange.

NMB Bank charged a fee when I used my foreign card. Not the cheapest option.

Rabobank ATM in Amsterdam was easy to use and worked even late at night. Super convenient. Don t think it accepts amex

PPC Bank ATM is open 24 hours - good for late night access or early morning withdrawals.

No ATM withdrawal fee at Ecobank. Thats rare and appreciated!
