Found an ATM inside the Alamo Car Rental office in the US - worked fine.

Tried HSBC, First Direct, and Revolut cards at CIMB Malaysia - none of them worked. Tried two different ATMs. No success.

One Unicaja ATM in Madrid didnt charge me any fees. Lucky!

Withdrew 10 million VND using Mastercard at VP Bank, but with my Visa I could only get 5 million. Odd difference.

Credins Bank is now charging a 600 Lek withdrawal fee. Just a heads up before you use it.

Raiffeisen ATM was nice. Everything worked fine.

Al Barid Bank ATMs at Poste Maroc dont charge any fee. Great option if you find one.
