Banorte ATM said transferencia but then didnt complete the transaction. No cash. Visa card used. Not reliable.

Used the Banco BPI machine outside - great location, simple to follow. Just make sure to decline conversion to save money.

ATM at Changhwa Bank was slow but I got my money eventually.

Mizuho Bank in Japan worked perfectly with both my Visa and Mastercard. Reliable ATM.

Prince Bank ATM in Cambodia was fine for withdrawals but picky about note condition for deposits.

ATM here is open all day long. Super reliable.
