Be cautious with ING ATMs-they tricked me with currency conversion. Even after declining, it still processed the transaction.

The SBI ATM near me charged an 8% fee-make sure to press Decline Conversion if it shows up!

Used a Swiss debit card at the Commonwlth ATM and withdrew A$500. No issues, might allow even higher limits.

KB doesnt accept DKB credit cards. Bummer.
