BBVA in Colombia has a low withdrawal limit - just 600,000 COP per transaction. Keep that in mind if you need a larger amount.

Used my UnionPay credit card at OCBC-got charged SGD 8 fee.

I had to use Sacombank because no other ATM was nearby-high fees, so avoid if you have options.

Not all post offices have ATMs, but the one in Manchester did. Withdrew £700 without issues.
