VietinBank ATM in Vietnam charged me 55,000 VND for a withdrawal using my Visa Debit. It worked fine.

BCP charges some of the highest ATM fees Ive seen. Seriously, avoid if you can!

SACOMBANK charges 1.5% per withdrawal, which is okay if youre only taking out smaller amounts.
