Unicaja ATM in Spain charged me €92 to withdraw €1,000 using a Serbian-issued Visa - a massive 9.2% fee.

Only needed cash once in Singapore-used Bank of China ATM and it worked fine.

TP Bank didnt charge a fee for my Visa/Mastercard (European issued). Not sure if this applies to all regions though.
