Commercial Bank ATM in Sri Lanka (left after luggage/customs) let me withdraw 150k with no fee using Mastercard. Smooth and reliable.

NSB ATM was decent. Got the job done.

BEOBANK has fee-free withdrawals for foreign cards. No queue, clean environment - really convenient.

Used BAC ATM in Antigua three times. 40Q fee for local currency, $5 for USD. Worked fine.
