Tesco ATM in the UK worked great with all major cards. Felt safe using it even at night.

Used the ATM inside a bank branch in Kaohsiung-it was clean and felt secure.

Both Visa and Mastercard were charged fees at Rakuten Bank. At least the ATM showed the amount clearly upfront.
