Publix Grocery stores in the southeastern US have ATMs that usually dont charge fees and support many card types.

Caja Social now lets you withdraw 1.5 million COP per transaction. My Visa Debit card worked fine and fee was 18,000 COP.

Used Revolut at ING in Spain-no fees at all. Highly recommended.

Axis Bank ATM consistently has cash. Very reliable for quick withdrawals.

ATM was super slow - took 5 minutes per person. Then it shut down when someone tried cardless cash. What a mess.

Used a US debit card at KB. No fee appeared. Definitely coming back here!
