Agribank in Vietnam now charges 55,000 VND per withdrawal - the fee has increased.

VP Bank ATM in Vietnam let me withdraw 7,000,000 VND using my Norwegian credit card - got the real Visa exchange rate and zero fees.

Was able to withdraw the full amount at Caja NAVARRA. No issues.

HDFC charged a 2% fee when I used my Monzo card. Be aware if using foreign cards.
