Fee for withdrawing at this Servibanca ATM was 28,500 COP. Seemed high for a regular transaction.

BCP didnt work with my Mastercard, unfortunately. And did not see any amex sticker on there either

Standard Chartered ATM worked fine with my Mastercard. No trouble. But amex is not accepted here

Novo Banco ATM tricked me-pressed decline conversion multiple times but it still applied it. Not going back to this one.

MB Bank in Cambodia didnt charge any fee for USD withdrawals - very foreign card friendly.
