This Servibanca ATM is inside a EURO supermarket. Accepts Visa, Mastercard, Cirrus. Smooth operation with a fee of 16k COP.

BBVA ATMs come with high fees. Better to look for alternatives nearby.

FIBANK ATM charged me 500 Lek to withdraw with a foreign card. Not ideal, but it worked.
