Citibank ATM was great. Nothing more to say-it just worked! Super safe

With BIDV, low withdrawal limits forced me to make multiple transactions, which ended up increasing total fees. Annoying.

Be warned - the Tirana Bank ATM debited my card but didnt give me any money. No clear resolution either.

ATM from PBZ was clean at least. Functionality was okay.

Withdrew cash using my Volksbank card at an HSBC ATM on the Isla Mujeres ferry. ATM barely had any money-be prepared!
