Tried withdrawing at Ziraat Bank in Turkey - it charged an 8% fee and didnt even give me the option to decline.

Used the SBI ATM at NIT Silchar, Assam - my Visa card worked without any problems.

Santander ATM had no out-of-network fees. Huge plus while traveling.

Used my Wise card at TSB ATM-no fees added. Great service.

Be careful FIBANK charges a 2.5% fee when withdrawing money. That adds up fast if youre not paying attention.

Free cash withdrawals from Istarska Kreditna Banka ATMs. Highly recommended.
