OTP/Alpha ATM charged me either 800 Lek or 2.5% for a single withdrawal using my Visa card. The machine was working, but thats one of the highest fees...

Bankomat ATM in Sweden didnt charge any fee. Used my UK card. Excellent!

Withdrew €200 from Credit Agricole using my Australian card-no issues at all.
