This OTP/Alpha ATM is working and still present, but 800 Lek just to take out 5000 Lek is a rip-off. No excuse for that kind of fee.

Cathay United ATM was fine. Just a basic ATM experience.

Simple and reliable ATM from Credit du Nord. Used my Croatian debit card and had no problems.

Withdrew full amount using Visa card at Acleda Bank. No issues at all. But did not see an Amex sticker

Theres a 20,000 IDR fee at Commonwealth Banks ATM. Be aware before you withdraw.
