Forex Bank ATM was okay. Nothing exciting.

Used ING ATM in Germany three times successfully. Once it didnt work, so I just went to a Sparkasse ATM instead.

Expect to wait 35+ minutes at Banco Fie outside the first five days of each month. Timing is everything!

Permata ATM charged a 50K fee and shorted me 100K IDR. Avoid at all costs!
