Revolut card got eaten at Transilvania ATM. Not ideal, no help nearby.

M&T Bank ATM didnt work with my Indian card. Might have been out of cash.

Flat fee at Anadolubank-not the cheapest, but it worked.

Caja Social ATM never worked for me. Tried multiple UK cards and it just failed every time.
