Used CIC ATMs in Paris, Nice, and Monte Carlo. Worked great with my Commerzbank debit card from Germany-no problems at all.

Campu Bank ATM open 24 hours. Very useful for travelers.

Unicredit charges €5 for non-credit union cards. Be prepared for the fee.
