At Banco Fie, if youre prompted for conversion, always choose Decline Conversion to avoid extra charges.

ATM at Stanbic worked fast but charged a fee for withdrawals. Just be aware.

ING ATM was excellent for European cardholders. No fees, and branches are often centrally located.

ABA Bank works fine but charges a flat $5 fee per withdrawal. Keep that in mind if youre using it often.
