Agrobank ATM in Malaysia accepts both Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit. Worked fine for me.

Used Sampath Bank ATM with my credit card-worked perfectly.

Bank of Baroda ATM is often out of cash. When there is cash, its always packed.

ATM in front of the flea market (marche aux puces) in Brussels - good location and worked fine.

Some ASB ATMs are behind card-activated doors. Sadly, not all of my cards worked to get in.
