Didnt see many M&T Bank ATMs during my 3-month US trip. Found one at a gas station but skipped it due to high fees.

Anadolubank charged 700 TRY. It also offered EUR withdrawal, but I chose lira.

No fee at the Caja Social ATM in Bogota Airport. Great spot!
