Yeah, “Accept” sounds good but it’s a trick. You basically gave the ATM permission to overcharge you a little. Always decline that stuff.
Airport exchange gave me like 6.3 when the real rate was over 6.8. Never again. ATM outside the terminal was way better.

Tried to use a BNB ATM at 10 pm in Cochabamba once. Didn’t like the vibe at all. Ended up going back in the morning instead. Not worth the stress.
Yeah BANCOBISA was chill. Better than the sketchy ones near the market.
