Land Bank in the Philippines had 4 working ATMs. Everything went smoothly.

CIMB ATM in Indonesia charged 6.5% or 75K IDR on a 3 million IDR withdrawal. Not a zero-fee ATM.

No fees charged at Commercial Bank in Sri Lanka. Great for travelers.

At HypoVereinsbank, the ATMs seem to go out of service almost every weekend. Very unreliable.
