Seven Bank charged me 110 JPY to withdraw 10,000 JPY - relatively fair.

Used my German card at Kutxabank and was not charged any fees. Great option!

Bank of Ireland has one of the widest ATM networks. Free to use for foreigners in most cases.

Used the FIBANK ATM with an English bank card and got charged 325 Lek without any warning. Felt really dishonest.

Not sure. But I used it and Agram Banka charged no fee with my Wise card. Hassle-free withdrawal.

ATM screens at Banque Populaire are poorly lit. Hard to see anything!
