Mashreq ATM in the UAE worked with all major cards I tried. It was reliable, safe, and available when needed.

Used BCP with my UK Mastercard (Revolut) and had no problems at all.

ABSA ATMs are secure and guarded. Max withdrawal per transaction: 400,000 TZS.

Used Santander ATMs multiple times while traveling from the US. Once it was low on cash on a Friday, but otherwise it worked great.

RBC charged CAD $3 using a foreign debit card from Denmark. Fair warning.

National Bank has a trustworthy ATM. Felt secure using it.
