SCOTIABANK ATMs arent super common, but when you find one, they work well with international cards.

No additional fees for foreigners at Ecobank. Worked well for me.

Used Multibanco twice-once it asked for conversion, once it didnt-and still got hit with a high fee. Always take a receipt!

ATM at TD is open 24/7. Great for late-night needs.

Gulf African Bank ATM is highly accessible. Easy to locate.
